Frequently asked questions
- What counts as a statement upload?
- One PDF from one bank for one billing period. Uploading three banks for the same month uses three uploads on Basic.
- Can I cancel Pro anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings or email us. You keep Pro access until the end of the paid period; renewals stop after that.
- Are refunds available?
- Pro fees are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Terms of Use for full billing details.
- Do you store my bank statement PDF?
- No. The PDF is read once in memory and deleted immediately. We only keep extracted transactions in your account.
- Which banks are supported?
- Any bank that lets you download a digital PDF statement.
